Road To Success is a successful coaching and management company founded in 2018 and currently working with outfits and drivers such as Van Amersfoort Racing, Juncos Racing, Drivex, Sophia Floersch, Artem Petrov, Pierre-Louis Chovet and Alessandro Famularo. Last but not least, at the end of 2019 Road To Success expanded into new markets arriving in the United States. Regalia and Franzoni are strongly focused on the American market currently working there with Juncos Racing and Petrov.

Who we are

At **Road to Success**, we are proud to announce that **Kaylee Countryman** is joining our family of talents. **The young American** racing driver is currently competing in the highly competitive **USF Juniors Championship**, where she has been showing impressive speed and maturity against some of the best young drivers in **North America.**

This weekend, Kaylee takes on another round of the championship in** Portland**, and we are excited to stand by her side during this stage of her journey, helping her to continue growing and achieve her goals on track. With her determination and ambition, **we are confident this is just the beginning of a very promising career.**

For us, her arrival represents a clear commitment to supporting international talents with the potential to progress through the higher ranks of motorsport. **We will work closely with Kaylee to boost her career**, strengthen her profile, and open new opportunities both on and off the track.

We welcome Kaylee Countryman to Road to Success

Spanish racing driver Mari Boya, Road To Success Driver, has joined the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, becoming the first driver signed to the team’s newly launched Team Driver Academy, a strategic initiative aimed at identifying, supporting, and developing the next generation of drivers on the path to Formula One.

This long-term vision, shared by Mari Boya and the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, seeks to establish strong, early relationships with promising talents and guide them towards a future within the Formula 1 structure.

As part of the agreement, Mari will wear the iconic British Racing Green colour of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, and join one of the most ambitious projects in the paddock – a team that is rapidly expanding its technical capabilities, now boosted by the recent arrival of legendary engineer Adrian Newey.

The Team Driver Academy, designed as a structured path for training and development, will allow Mari to integrate into the Aston Martin Aramco environment as early as this season. While continuing his campaign in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with Campos Racing, he will participate in development activities at the AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone.

Mari will also have the opportunity to share the structure with one of his childhood idols, Fernando Alonso, and take part in the journey as the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team continues to grow, carrying the hopes of Spain’s passionate Formula 1 fanbase.

Mari’s first on-track outing as an Aston Martin Aramco Academy Driver will take place later this week at the Austrian Grand Prix, which kicks off on June 27.
